We are seeking an Experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our independent contractor program.Responsibilities
- Source and qualify CDL drivers for carrier partners
- Conduct pre-screens and verify application information
- Guide drivers through onboarding steps and document collection
- Maintain organized applicant records and communication logs
- Coordinate with compliance teams on driver placement/li>Tack application progress and placements/li/Uphold confidentiality and professionalism
