    Opportunity:

    RN - Med Surg Tele

    Job Details:


    • Work every other weekend schedule

    • Work every other holiday

    • Provide nursing care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients

    • Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

    • Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team members

    • Document patient assessments and interventions accurately

    • Educate patients and families on medical conditions and discharge planning
