Job summary
As a Training Manager supporting the GFCSU/USIU Training and Procedures team at American Express, you will create maintain and deliver training materials related to GFCSU/USIU processes day-to-day work functions for all pillars of the GFCSU/USIU program as needed ensuring adherence legal regulatory standards internal quality requirements investigations local market SAR STR filings developing team analysts providing applicable training coaching tailored strengthen ability support effective adaptable procedures training sessions individual business needs evaluating team individual performance expectations deliverables initiatives supporting team engagement dynamics partnering global investigations teams areas training alignment need engaging quality-related analysis trend identification investigative work proposing remedial steps address deficiencies strategizing drive innovation efficiency GFCSU processes GFCC initiatives.
