    LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Riverside, California.

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit
    • Discipline: RN
    • Start Date: 03/09/2026
    • Duration: 13 weeks
    • 36 hours per week
    • Shift: 12 hours, days
    • Employment Type: Travel

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity MICU
    • Perform advanced ICU procedures including:
      • Central line, hemodialysis, arterial line insertions
      • Wound care
      • Post-neurological intervention care
    • Serve as preceptor or charge nurse as needed
    • Float to other ICU areas or ED holds per unit needs
    • Maintain professional and positive attitude, teamwork, and patient-focused care

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
    • Certifications: ACLS, BLS

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in Neurological, Trauma, or Cardiac ICU
    • Previous experience as preceptor or charge nurse

    Schedule & On-Call

    • Every other weekend:
      • Day shift: Saturday/Sunday
      • Night shift: Friday/Saturday

    • Experienced MICU RN with strong ICU skill set
    • Flexible and adaptable for floating between units
    • Team-oriented with strong patient advocacy skills
