    Position Overview: Valor Communities is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Division Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Huntsville area. The Division Sales and Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and enhancing the brand presence of Valor Communities in the local market. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a talented team and contribute to the continued success and expansion of our company.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Leadership:
      • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.
      • Monitor sales metrics and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
      • Collaborate with senior management to establish pricing strategies, incentives, and promotions to drive sales volume and revenue.
    2. Marketing Strategy:
      • Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify target demographics and refine marketing messaging.
      • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital assets to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
    3. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective homebuyers, real estate agents, and industry partners to generate leads and drive sales conversions.
      • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to closing.
      • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    4. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
      • Conduct ongoing market analysis and competitive research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
      • Evaluate market demand, pricing dynamics, and consumer preferences to inform product development and sales strategies.
    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Participate in regular meetings and strategic planning sessions to provide insights, updates, and recommendations for improving sales and marketing performance.
      • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales and marketing organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software
    • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
