    Become a Sales Operations whiz at TRL Systems We're seeking a superstar to support our Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle.

    You'll manage opportunities, craft proposals, and ensure seamless customer onboarding. As our CRM whiz, you'll also keep everything organized and up-to-date. Bonus points for identifying ways to streamline our sales process
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Sales Rockstar:
    Collaborate with Account Executives to manage opportunities, craft proposals, win bids, and onboard new customers.

    CRM Guru:
    Become an expert in our CRM system, setting up customers, vendors, and subcontractors for seamless sales cycles.

    Sales Arsenal Builder:
    Develop new sales tools (think estimate sheets & presentations) and master complex spreadsheets to empower our sales team.

    Deal Closer:
    Ensure accuracy and completeness when processing won sales opportunities, paving the way for successful contracts.

    Customer Advocate:

    Become a champion for our products and services, effectively communicating their value and identifying opportunities to expand customer portfolios.


    Service Superstar:
    Deliver exceptional customer service, advocating for solutions and ensuring personalized experiences that keep them happy.

    Team Player:
    Participate in meetings and trainings to stay sharp, and support the Customer Care team whenever needed.

    Communication Champion:
    Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers through phone, email, and our company systems.
    Qualifications
    3+ years of administrative experience: You're organized and know how to get things done.
    Tech-savvy: You're a whiz with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat (or you're a quick learner).
    High school diploma or equivalent (required).
    Team player with a positive attitude: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy finding solutions.

    Adaptable problem solver:
    You can handle changing priorities with a smile.
    Valid California driver's license & car insurance.
    Able to work overtime, if required.

    We also conduct pre-employment drug screening in accordance with Federal Contractor regulations and background checks in accordance with State and local regulations.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    This role involves standard office work: sitting, typing, and occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs).

    You'll need good communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with colleagues and customers daily.
