- Educating customers on HVAC replacement equipment and in-door air quality products
- Duct sizing & Load Calculations for HVAC equipment
- Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
- Ensure parts are ordered and any specialized ducting needs are communicated to the fabricator
- Build long-term successful client relationships
- 2+ years consultative sales experience
- Advanced customer service and follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Ability to use modern technology
- Motivated by closing sales and commission
- Able to work evenings & weekends as needed
- In-home sales experience desired
- HVAC / Construction / Electrical experience desired

Benefits: (after 90 days)
Position: In-Home Sales
Compensation: $30,000 per year base + Commission + Spiffs. Potential annual earnings $130K +
Work Hours: 7am - 5pm with some evenings.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday and every other weekend.
Must be available for evenings and weekends as work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customers, presentation times and seasonality.
