- Supervise all frac operations onsite
- Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate pre-job planning and equipment readiness
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Conduct safety meetings and oversee clean-up post-service
- Prepare accurate reports and schedules
- Inspect work to uphold quality standards
- Address complaints and take necessary actions
- Maintain equipment and identify security concerns
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Valid Class A license with hazmat endorsement
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong customer service orientation
- Comfort with confidentiality
- Must be a team player with the capability to work independently
- Physical demands include bending, lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing
- Exposure to varying environmental conditions
- Use of safety equipment is mandatory
- Ability to follow instructions and work with interruptions
- Decisiveness and clear communication are essential
