    Description
    Wound Care Nurse needed in North and South of Atlanta pay per visit plus mileage (if applicable)
    Experience in Home Health is a plus. Able to make own schedule.

    Qualifications:
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA.
    • Minimum of [Insert Number] years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in homecare or a related healthcare setting.
    • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in wound care, medication management, and disease management.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
    • CPR certification required; additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or wound care certification are preferred.
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes as needed.
