    • Improve client care by providing our clients a single point of contact. Receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and completes client request for service or sales
    Responsibilities
    • Knowledgeable with the Hinderer Motor Company culture
    • Familiar with the Automotive departments and service provided to our clients
    • Answer dealership group phones and transfer to correct departments
    • Greet and receive prospects and customers
    • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
    • Work cooperatively with the sales team
    • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
    • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
    • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
    • Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
    • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
    • High energy level and strong work ethic
    • Desire to grow through continued training and development
    • Visolutions CRM experience a plus
    • Sales experience is a plus, NOT required
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    Qualifications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrates attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, be a team player and self-motivated, and demonstrate attention to detail.
    • Be flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
    • Strong creative problem-solving skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills.
    • Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent follow through and follow up skills

    Requirements

    • Must be willing to work on an On-site dealership environment.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation mandatory.
    • A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
    • Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
