    About This Role

    As a vital member of our Enterprise Sales team, the Enterprise Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our sales efforts within the Healthcare vertical. This quota-bearing position is designed to provide its holder with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the Enterprise sales environment. In collaboration with senior account manager(s), the Enterprise Sales Associate will be immersed in various facets of account management, business acquisition and development, and customer relationship building.

    • The Enterprise Sales Associate will be responsible for generating - both directly and by assisting the ESAM(s) - new business in a defined Healthcare vertical, and for maintaining and growing existing revenue, selling the full USCC portfolio of solutions.
    • Aid in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including assisting with proposals, presentations, and various forms of prospecting.
    • Able to generate demand by articulating the USCC business story as well as solve customer business challenges.
    • Work closely with account manager(s) on sales strategies, customer presentations, and bid responses, providing administrative and logistical support as needed.
    • Utilize CRM to prepare/maintain sales forecasts and forecast pipeline, provide account status reports, and make recommendations to achieve account growth and new revenue to meet or exceed sales quota.
    • Uncover and develop senior executive relationships within Healthcare vertical.
    • Create proposals with clear value statements, deal economics and customer benefits.
    • Lead contract dealings for renewals and participate in contract negotiations for new products and services, all with a focus on profitable sales.
    • Handle the contract lifecycle, resolve contract disputes, and answer basic and sophisticated capabilities questions.
    • Articulate customer business value with consultative selling approaches, through proposals and oral presentations.
    • Build a strong network within the communities we serve in order to promote brand awareness and identify new business customer prospects.
    • Conduct research on Healthcare market trends, procurement processes, and competitive landscapes to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Engage in continuous learning about products, services, and sales strategies, under the guidance of leadership and experienced account manager(s).

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of successful sales experience
    • Proven track record of exceeding quotas, and achieving sales success using account management practices
    • Possess a professional demeanor, outstanding integrity, and high sense of urgency
    • Experience in selling to enterprise and significant small to mid-market customers
    • Ability to operate independently to build a successful sales pipeline/channel, but also collaborate with and engage colleagues and vendors when appropriate
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and balance contending demands and priorities
    • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
    • Experience concentrated in wireless, software, IOT or related telecommunications industry
