Job summary
This is a full-time season position at Mission Point Resort in Mackinac Island. As Line Cook you will prepare menu items according to resort standards while maintaining clean workstation.We are looking for passionate dependable cooks who take pride in delivering memorable food and supporting professional culinary operation.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience as line cook or related culinary role preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Knife skills portion control basic cooking techniques food preparation knowledge safe food handling practices kitchen safety standards reliable organized fast-paced environment multicultural team environment respect professionalism.
