    Overview: Join our award-winning company as an Events Specialist and elevate your career We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented professional to lead event planning, management, and production for regional and national trade shows and conferences.

    Details:

    • Location: Hybrid to Westminster, CO or Portland, OR
    • Position: Contractor (Full-Time)
    • Pay Range: $30-35/hour depending on experience
    • Duration: ASAP - Dec 31, 2024

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and recommend event marketing plans, objectives, and budgets, managing within approved plans.
    • Collaborate with the revenue marketing team on goals and messaging.
    • Manage events as a campaign, setting communication plans, design plans, key messages, and strategies.
    • Handle event logistics, including tradeshow services, shipping, staffing, and serving as the primary onsite contact.
    • Manage exhibit booth property and the exhibit house.
    • Track, analyze, and report event ROI, including leads, CPL (cost per lead), CPA (cost per acquisition), and brand metrics.
    • Lead event management for trade shows and conferences, including hotel block management, event registration, event promotion, staff communications, and end-to-end execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing complex events, both in-person and virtual.
    • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
    • Experience managing budgets and contracts.
    • Expertise in keeping projects on time with reliable deliverability.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a similar field preferred.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive, Docs) and Project Management (Asana) preferred.

    Certifications & Licenses:

    • CPA
