Job Summary
The Systems Administrator provide operational technical insights to stakeholders regarding IT system solutions being deployed within the enterprise environment. - Take direction from peers to develop future improvement plans resource requirements migrations strategies and project schedules.
- Provide evaluation testing lab and mockup solutions as needed.
- serve as a resource in assigned daily support and deployments to operations and ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational metrics SLAs. Responsible for operating maintaining solutions at the component level including hands-on configuration troubleshooting metrics for cloud based hybrid on-prem services.
