Description
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM), reporting to the Regional Vice President (RVP), is a member of the Regional Sales Management team. This individual is responsible for leading, training and supervising his/her sales team, including such activities as: employment decisions, counseling, coaching and goal setting. The RSM is responsible for: account profitability, sales growth and sales service standards in his/her assigned region, key account maintenance and strategic sales planning at account level, analyzing data to identify and execute a plan to enhance sales and profit growth in his/her region. This position at Lipari Foods is ideal for the candidate who has the ability to lead and develop a sales team to deliver our products. This position is responsible for development and growth to our sales team with assigned accounts.
