    Job Description

    Position: EVS Technician

    Pay: $20-$21.50/hr

    Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts available

    Location: Escondido, CA

    Description:

    • Cleaning patient rooms - taking out trash, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, sweeping, disinfecting around the room
    • Cleaning in administrative offices - wiping down, taking out task, sweeping and mopping
    • Cleaning hallways - sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, disinfecting, and other duties may be assigned
    • Removing dirty linens and replacing with new ones.
    • Collects/stores/transports biohazardous waste
    • Stocking carts with cleaning supplies needed for that shift
    • Interacting with patients, visitors and staff

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. consecutively
    • Must be okay with being on their feet all day long
    • Must be comfortable working within hospital environment
    • Prior janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, EVS experience

    Experience Level:

    Entry Level
