    The SCC Quality Assurance & Learning and Professional Development Team is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to the LPD and QA staff, assisting in daily office needs, managing general clerical responsibilities such as alphabetizing, filing, copying, data entry, and other clerical tasks. Other skills required are excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize, and the desire to learn and grow. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to learn and utilize other software programs required.

    Requirements:

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

    High School Graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred. General office experience preferred.
