Job DescriptionThis position will have a strong emphasis on promoting a positive work environment through resolving conflicts, grievances, and performance issues, developing and implementing policies to maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as organizing employee appreciation and charity events.
Other responsibilities include:
Leading language initiatives and translating documents - must be Spanish/English bilingual
Helping the recruiter as needed in various aspects of the recruiting process to include advertising, interviewing, screening, onboarding, and orienting
Aid in projects such as trainings, benefits open enrollment, employee communications, company-wide meetings, and charitable activities
Assist with performance reviews and wage adjustments as well as disciplinary actions including terminations
