- Full time, focused effort on product growth, strategy and development
- Manage area (central region) pipeline of all customs related opportunities, ensuring proper allocation of resources
- Analyze pipeline data to quickly capitalize on opportunities
- Manage / coordinate all area customs tenders
- Deliver sales (product awareness) training to increase area sales team BU product knowledge
- Travel as required (10-15% domestic) in support of growth objectives aligned with Key Account Managers and BU sales
- Develop and deliver client outreach educational content
- Develop and deliver internal sales value proposition subject matter
- Maintain high level knowledge of both USA and overall global trade policy
- Deliver required growth target (customer brokerages)
- Licensed customs broker (or 5-7 years of experience in customer brokerage)
- BS degree preferred not required
- 5-7+ Years combined customs related operational and client facing experience
- Proven sales acumen (customer-facing presentation skills)
- Direct experience in working across commercial teams in closing new business (sea, air, road)
- Understands retention process and successful execution of on-boarding, QBR processes
- Delivering value proposition to both small and medium enterprise opportunities and key account opportunities
- Enhance value proposition through internal operational alignment
- Understanding of USA CBP, PGA regulatory environment insight
- Understanding of global supply chain and related logistics services
- Proven interpersonal skills
