    You have completed a BS Degree in a related field plus a minimum of 15 years of related experience in developing operational and/or business process improvements in the nuclearfield.

    An advanced degree (MS or MBA) may substitute for 1-2 years of related work experience.

    As a Vice President Contracts & Services - North America in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit.


    The mission of the entity includes:
    Managing contracts' execution related to nuclear fuel, fuel related component fabrication, fuel services and technology transfers (incl. supply of equipment, training and technical assistance) after contract signature until delivery,

    Implementing surveillance, inspection and repair services related to nuclear fuel,

    Defining the commercial strategy, preparing offer, and negotiating for Short Cycles Sales including Engineering Services, Manufacturing Services and Field services, in coordination with Sales & Marketing teams,

    Supporting Sales & Marketing for tendering for Fuel Assemblies, strategic and sensitive offers by preparing technical documentation packages, and commonly defining product and commercial strategy and negotiation mandates,

    Supporting Sales & Marketing for negotiation of offers under their responsibility.

    Providing input for Topline and cost budget preparation and validation, as well as controlling the costs of the activities in close contact with Finance team,

    Managing the team (regarding all HR areas) and the performance and occupational safety objectives

    Managing the contractual customer interface, measuring customer satisfaction NPS on contract execution and following the associated action plan,

    Applying project management methodology on project planning, budget, project review and close out to ensure continuous operational improvement on quality, delivery schedule and costs of projects,

    Managing C&S own costs and achieving budget and sales targets as set by FC and Fuel BU,

    Preparing and managing Cost of Sales (COS) budget projects in coordination with FP and FD,

    Contributing to the assessment and implementation of the Framatome Operational Excellence Program.

    Contributing to the assessment and implementation of the Framatome Commercial Excellence Program,

    Deploying the services sales strategy for engineering services, manufacturing services, and field services and achievement of budget targets set with Fuel BU,

    Ensuring duly Assurance Quality activities such as Process review on the field of responsibility

    The mission of the Commercial & Customer Center Division ("FC") of the Fuel Business Unit (Fuel BU) is to ensure a long term optimized and competitive commercial positioning and performance for the Fuel BU.

    This positioning shall secure the Fuel BU development in a sustainable way.

    FC is mainly in charge of managing the customer relations and related commercial and contractual activities for fuel products and services of the Fuel BU in compliance with processes.

    FC has main offices in France, Germany, and U.S.

    and remote offices in other countries, each office serving the different markets worldwide to provide a responsive "face to the customer".The NA Contracts & Services Senior Manager reports directly to the Commercial & Customer Center Sales (FC) Division EVP.
