    Job Summary

    Help manage daily operations of sites to ensure delivery of high-quality craftsmanship and service to clients. Responsible for crew productivity, and workplace safety.

    Essential Functions of the Job:
    Serve as client point-of-contact for day-to-day site issues, and expeditiously and proactively identify, address, and resolve client needs

    Conduct walkthroughs with client

    Effectively communicate with crew the tasks necessary to provide a consistent, high-quality product for clients

    Demonstrate strong leadership skills; develop morale and recognize employee achievements; foster opportunities for professional development of employees

    Work closely with Co-Owners on client communication and expectations, including site information

    Ensure safety on every site by conducting and enforcing safety training, as well as consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazards

    Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and best practices

    Direct supervision of 2-8 person crews

    Qualifications

    Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

    2 years of professional experience in the field.

    Ability to read, write and comprehend English

    Ability to speak effectively before employees and clients

    Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus

    Strong relationship-building and customer relations skills

    Strong management and leadership skills

    Effective oral and written communication

    Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment and tools

    Have a working understanding of irrigation repairs and familiarity with irrigation controller monitoring and adjusting

    Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under deadlines

    Organizational skills

    Flexibility

    Valid driver's license

    Knowledge of irrigation systems and controller programming, as well as landscape maintenance techniques & methods.

    Superior gardening & pruning skills, proficiency operating hand tools and ability to recognize the signs of plant stress.

    General maintenance / handyman skills and a focus on working safely and efficiently.

    Strong communication skills, willingness & ability to receive and act on instructions from supervisors and customer service oriented.

    Able to work outdoors all seasons of the year.
