- Perform docketing tasks accurately and efficiently for both state and federal court cases.
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information as needed.
- Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a legal support role.
- Proficiency in docketing at both state and federal court levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
