- The clinic has experienced turnover, with 4 full-time pharmacists leaving since January. As a result, the manager will be working the floor and attending administrative meetings on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- The pharmacist will be the sole professional in the pharmacy but will have the support of 4 tenured technicians.
- The pharmacy handles an average of 300 scripts per day.
- Coverage needed for upcoming vacation period in June, with potential for full-time hours during that time.
- Must hold a valid Missouri pharmacist license.
- Active Missouri pharmacist license
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Provide counseling to patients on proper medication usage and possible side effects
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
