A health services network in New York City is currently seeking a new, Director of Educational Services to join their team in the Bronx


Responsibilities:

The Director of Educational Services will: Direct corporate and departmental training programs' design, planning, and implementation and monitors and evaluates their effectiveness Define operating objectives and training plans to meet the organization's short and long-term goals and actively search for, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate and enhance staff performance Assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.

Oversee education programs and staff development by providing mentorship, professional support, and professional developmentPerform other duties, as needed Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a high-level training manager Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing personnel Knowledge of home care, PACE, or other Healthcare-related programs Familiarity with the methods and principles for designing programs to teach, train, and instruct both groups and individuals, including the means of assessing the effects of training Experience in or knowledge of recruitment and selection of personnel, labor relations, negotiation, training, and personnel information systems Ability to lead and motivate others, develop project plans with corporate-wide impact, and work in team groups
