- $330-375k yr base salary (depending on experience) plus 5-10% in productivity bonus potential based on procedures, deliveries, etc.

- Seeing many Amish people in the community must be able to adapt to people from a different culture.
- These patients take your recommendations seriously, they are very compliant patients.
- Amish patients dont do like to do preventative care, can be complex patients.
