    Description

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor for the Emergency Department to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Seattle, WA. The Nursing Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols and standards.

    Full Time (40 Hour Week) > Evening Shift > 8 Hour Shifts

    Base Salary $118,000 $180,000

    Job Description:

    • 2+ to 5 years' experience required.
    • Responsible for coordinating patient care and nursing service activities.
    • Supervises the emergency department staff.
    • Directs the professional nursing care for patients in assigned area.
    • Assesses, plans, evaluates, and documents the Nursing process in the assigned unit as needed.
    • Accountable with the manager for ensuring the provision of patient care 24 hours a day. Rounds on patients to obtain insight into care provision and patient satisfaction.
    • Accountable with the manager for developing, implementing, and monitoring unit-based quality improvement programs.
    • Uses lean principles in problem solving departmental and intradepartmental operational issues.
    • Participates in the identification, planning and implementation of educational programs for all levels of staff and ensures active participation of staff in educational activities and research.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
    • Valid RN license in the state of Washington.
