    The role involves implementing the nursing process with patients, adhering to physicians' instructions on diet, medication, and treatment based on Firelands' care standards. Monitoring and ensuring quality care, documenting nursing actions, and communicating observations to physicians are key responsibilities. Additionally, providing guidance to patients, staff, and families on treatments and nursing plans for a safe discharge, as well as maintaining equipment and environmental cleanliness.

    Requirements:

    • Current Ohio RN license and CPR certification
    • Strong organizational and customer service skills
    • Proficiency in computer use
