Join Our Sales Team as a Licensed Loan Officer!

We are a dynamic and expanding company seeking licensed loan officers to join our sales force. As part of our team, you will receive top-notch training, individualized attention, and support from our experienced upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage banking procedures and operations
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Inspire and lead a team of employees to meet and exceed sales targets
Promote our company through business partnerships and referral networks, paying special attention to maintaining our reputation
Monitor loan quality to guarantee alignment with company policies, regional regulations, and federal guidelines
Achieve and surpass sales management goals, pipeline objectives, and targets for acquiring new business to expand our market presence

Job Details:

Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000.00 per year

Compensation Package Includes:

Commission-based pay structure

Schedule:

8-hour shifts
Monday to Friday

Work Environment:

On-site in an office setting

Ability to Relocate:

Farmington Hills, MI 48331: Required relocation before commencing work
