We are looking for an Outbound Manager to join an incredible team.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
5+ years of managerial experience in a Fulfillment or Distribution center that has had a high-velocity, growth intensive setting
Black belt in six sigma is a plus as well as experience in lean methodology
Will oversee outbound logistics, returns management, budgets, initiatives etc.
Approve, edit and track employees, provide reporting on fulfillment metrics, implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and condition of outgoing shipments
Integrate closely with CX and other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences
Implement and oversee process improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices
Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, specifically NetSuite and RF-Smart, and Labor Management Systems
Proven background in leading successful process enhancement initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptable scheduling, possible night shifts, working on holidays and weekends and occasional overtime demands
