Job summary
The Evaluation Director provides leadership and oversight of CRT's evaluation services to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care: Conduct psychological evaluations and maintain a small therapy caseload; provide diagnoses, recommendations, and comprehensive reports;
- Provide program leadership and quality assurance: Oversee evaluation services to ensure ethical, contract-compliant, evidence-based care;
- Foster a supportive team culture by recruiting hire supervising evaluation staff trainees providing reflective supervision licensed clinicians providing clinical administrative supervision unlicensed clinicians running team meetings consultations.
