    Marketing Specialist


    The Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to get involved in all facets of the company's marketing operations including but not limited to direct mail, print, digital marketing, field marketing, customer communications, and events.

    Duties & Responsibilities:


    Work with the Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners across the company and external vendors to execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic, awareness, and revenue growth across inbound and outbound sales channels.

    Support creative development and execution across various tactics including but not limited to email marketing, social media, direct mail, field marketing.

    Help coordinate and/or participate in activities that promote Omni Fiber Products and Services, i.e., community events, informational sessions, etc., during business and non-business hours (with some evenings and weekends) to generate brand awareness and sales.

    Assist with tracking marketing campaign performance and measuring results (Google Analytics familiarity a plus).

    Design and deploy email marketing communications (Hubspot or similar experience a plus), and contribute to overall customer communications strategy and implementation.

    Identify potential marketing opportunities including grassroots, social media/influencer partners, and event/sponsorship opportunities.
    Manage field marketing collateral and apparel for outbound sales teams, field technicians, etc.
    Assist with website content management and updates (WordPress experience a plus, but not required).

    Assist with the development, execution, and tracking of direct mail campaigns and coordinate with external vendor resources (graphic designers, printers, etc.).


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
    1-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
    Experience with marketing automation tools such as social media management (i.e. Hootsuite), email marketing platforms (i.e. HubSpot).
    Graphic Design experience a plus (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
    High attention to detail and strong time and project management skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
    Experience representing a company at community events, event management, and execution.
    Familiarity with digital marketing tactics (social, search, display) and Google Analytics exposure preferred.
    Experience with an Internet Service Provider preferred, but not required.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Relationship-building skills with internal and external customers and vendors.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (i.e. Hubspot, etc.)
    Positive attitude as to properly represent Omni Fiber in local communities.
    Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed (i.e. for community events).
    Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

    Open to remote in Ohio for the right candidate

    Other:
    Travel required: 10% - 20%
