- Sustain a cross functional CI strategy for the business

- Design and build robust scalable processes for new products
- Lead cross functional DFM studies
- Train, coach, and motivate personnel in the understanding and adoption of new principles and techniques, focusing on measurable safety, quality, cost, and service improvements
- Drive the standardization of processes and the implementation of metrics and best practices
- Support and deliver annual operational targets and help drive improvements to achieve those targets
- Maintain high quality standards through on-the-floor interactions with employees to ensure quality and accuracy in each step of production process
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent education; Master's Degree a plus
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team
- Demonstrated experience in Lean Techniques
- ERP System knowledge at intermediate level
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry
- Ability to use project management tools, MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and Mini-tab in order to efficiently manage the workflow and transactions generated.
- Ability analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and work flow
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Daily Management System (DMS), Lean Six Sigma (LSS), 5S, KPI, SMED, VSM, and Kaizen
- Lean Six Sigma green belt certification or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing or continuous improvement experience

Key Responsibilities:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified, Industrial Engineer for our manufacturing facilities located in City of Industry and Oxnard. We are looking for someone with previous manufacturing/CI experience to help level up our entire manufacturing operations. This position will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects and be a "leader of change." Must be comfortable working with all levels within the organization. Must be able to question the status quo and be an excellent communicator. Will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects, launching new products as well as mentoring and coaching all lean processes.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-100,000 annually.
