Job Summary:
The Club Manager is responsible for all club operations under the supervision of the Senior General Manager.This includes ensuring that the operational and financial goals are met, creating member experiences that produce Raving Fans, and developing and leading a staff of servant leaders whose mission is to transform the lives of those they serve.
- Ensure club is fully staffed, and the team performs to NFP standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
