    Position Overview: Enterprise project managers are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of projects that affect multiple departments or divisions within their organization. Collaborate work with teams of people from different areas to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.Project includes, but not limited to annual business planning, product planning, marketing, events, and integration for new acquisitions.

    Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities that must be completed

    • Managing project team members including product managers, designers, marketing, customer experience, sales, and other professionals
    • Developing and managing deliverables such as budgets, timelines, project plans, and work plans
    • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that they are meeting deadlines and meeting quality standards
    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of projects from start to finish, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and change management
    • Communicating with stakeholders about project status, progress, issues, and concerns
    • Conducting research on new technologies or best practices that could impact the project
    • Coordinating with stakeholders to establish objectives for projects and milestones for tracking progress
    • Assisting in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for projects
    • Managing complex projects from inception through completion by overseeing personnel, resources, and budgets
    • initiatives include:
    • & Gate – Responsible for facilitating all participating departments in the process development to fulfill 3-year product roadmap & innovation roadmap.
    • Product Review Process - Responsible for facilitating all participating departments leading up to annual review.
    • Marketing Plans - Responsible for facilitating all participating departments leading up to annual review.
    • Process - Responsible for facilitating all participating departments leading up to launch and post launch reviews.
    • Measurements – Responsible for working with key owners and creating a metric dashboard on key areas – brand, leads, NPD.

    Training: Provided on the job and supplemented with external seminars/classes as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
    • 3 – 5 years' experience in business, product, product development and/or marketing in B2B or B2C businesses
