    Level 3 Active Directory Support Engineer
    " Must have real world practical experience and been an integral part of integrating 2 Companies Active Directory s, not creating a Parent\Child Forest structure within the last 2 years.

    " Ideal candidate will have experience with Active Directory spanning all Cloud Providers including but not limited to Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) and Azure Entra (Azure AD) integrated with Office 365

    " Develop, plan, implement and manage solutions for a Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure.

    " Able to lead large-scale Active Directory projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams across geographic locations worldwide.

    " In-depth knowledge of and able to troubleshoot:

    " Active Directory (AD) Roles, Sites, and Services

    " Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)

    " Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

    " Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Services

    " Network Time Protocol (NTP) Services

    " AD security

    " Certificate infrastructure

    " Windows backup and restoration and repaving methodologies

    " Auditing and security policies, procedures, technologies, and tools to support audit requirements

    " AD application integration methods and tools (single-sign-on)

    " Knowledge of intricate Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce complex organizational policies, fine-tune GPO settings

    " Proficient in PowerShell scripting with a focus on automation of repetitive tasks, able to create custom scripts for managing user accounts, group memberships, and GPOs.

    " Troubleshoot policy-related issues that Level 2 engineers are unable to remediate.

    " High availability and disaster recovery (load balancing, clustering, etc.)

    " Develop and Maintain High Level Designs (HLDs),Low Level Design s (LLD), system and software build documentation, installation guidelines, test plans, and other core architecture documentation.

    " Knowledge of how to integrate Active Directory with other directory services, such as LDAP, Azure AD, or third-party solutions such as PingID, BlueCat etc.

    " Mentoring of junior staff, share knowledge, and contributing to the organization s technical growth, by coaching other administrators/engineers.

    " Creating and sharing Windows infrastructure status updates with key stakeholders.

    " Stay abreast of industry trends and help to adapt evolving technologies and recommend improvements.
