Description
A School-Based Therapist (full-time) with Encompass Christian Counseling partners with school officials to provide support and mental health and case management services to students and families at assigned schools.

~ Bachelor's or Master's level Social Worker (LSW) - Master's degree strongly preferred - or Master's level Counselor (LPC), with independent licensure preferred (LISW or LPCC, respectively).

Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and appropriate and effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to the client's treatment plan.
Complete MHAs, including accurate mental health diagnoses.Participate in Peer/case review, supervision, and other quality improvement activities.
