You'll receive hands-on guidance from experienced mentors at one of our Brookings, Huron, or Madison offices.

What Your First 4–6 Weeks Look Like

During your initial training period, you will:

· Attend real business meetings alongside a mentor

· Learn how to consult with employers and their teams

· Participate in employee enrollments and benefit education

· Receive daily coaching and feedback

· Begin developing your own client relationships

· Earn income through mentored sales opportunities

Training is provided from your local office, so you are fully supported while building your skills and confidence.

As You Grow

As you gain experience, you will begin managing your own schedule and client portfolio, including:

· Meeting with clients in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas

· Educating employees on supplemental and income protection benefits

· Supporting clients with service and claims

· Building long-term relationships

· Growing recurring income through your own book of business

Compensation

First-year agents typically earn $45,000–$75,000, depending on activity level, consistency, and effort. There is no cap on income potential. Our team provides the mentorship, training, and structure to help you reach meaningful income goals.
