Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in the automotive finance industry.We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ, to focus on supporting our dealer network growth.
The Account Manager will be entrusted with growing the portfolio, managing and cultivating relationships with dealers, optimizing their utilization of credit lines, and effectively managing risk.
The Account Manager will be outside of the office 100% of the time, visiting dealer customers, auctions and other industry partners.
The successful Account Manager will:
Manage and optimize dealer credit lines within the assigned portfolio.
Expand the portfolio by actively identifying and acquiring new dealer partners.
Achieve company goals and targets by actively engaging with dealers, both in person and virtually, to drive revenue and profitability.
Educate dealers on best practices and desired performance behaviors.Analyze dealer financial information and internal reports to assess performance and address issues promptly.
Support pre-default risk mitigation and post-default collection efforts in collaboration with the Risk and Recovery department.
Mitigate risk by identifying and reporting any non-compliance or fraudulent activities.
Document all activities and interactions with dealers.
Foster cross-business unit relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration.
A qualified candidate for Account Manager must have:
A high school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of the automotive and finance industriesStrong financial acumen and proficiency in financial tools and terminologyOutstanding interpersonal skills to interact effectively with dealersExcellent negotiation and collection abilitiesWillingness to drive for long periods of timeA clean driving record and valid driver's licenseThe ability to travel 60% of the time with required overnight travelThe ability to sit and stand for extended periods of timeFloorplan Xpress is a leader in providing floor planning for independent automotive dealers from coast to coast.
