    Description

    GoEngineer is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Subscription Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing customers to renew their annual maintenance plans for their software licenses. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers continue to receive the support and benefits they need to succeed with our software solutions.

    Your key contributions in the role will be:

    •Customer Outreach:

    Proactively reach out to existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to discuss the renewal of their annual maintenance plans.

    •Renewal Negotiation:

    Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide information on the benefits of renewing their software maintenance plans. Negotiate terms and pricing to secure renewals.

    •Customer Education:

    Educate customers about the latest features, updates, and enhancements to our software products to demonstrate the value of renewing their maintenance plans.

    •Maintain Customer Records:

    Accurately record customer interactions, renewal status, and any relevant information in the CRM system.

    •Reporting:

    Provide regular reports and updates on renewal progress and metrics to management.

    •Customer Satisfaction:

    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

    •Cross-Selling and Upselling:

    Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing customers.

    Requirements

    We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills, however interested candidates who do not meet all of the criteria should still apply.

    • Previous experience in customer renewal, account management, or sales is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Self-motivated and results oriented.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of engineering software or related industry is a plus.
    What GoEngineer Offers:

    This is a full-time position, which is either fully in person or can be hybrid with 3 days in the office. We are open to candidates who can work out of the Salt Lake City, Pleasant Ridge, or Auburn Hills Offices.

    We offer competitive compensation, with a base pay and incentives combining to an OTE of $65- 70k DOE, plus great benefits.
