Atlas Restaurant Group is excited to announce the opening of San Jordi in Colorado Springs San Jordi is a Spanish Tapas concept centered around the Festival of Sant Jordi, the day of love and literature, celebrated on April 23rd in Catalonia. On this day, books and roses are exchanged encouraging a culture of romanticism, knowledge, and respect of beauty, which we hope to capture with this concept. This hero's story of Sant Jordi, in conjunction with the modern use of roses in vineyards, encapsulates our thoughts about Colorado Springs' fertile ground and need for a concept that elevates the beauty and indicates the future growth of our city.
We know the culinary program at San Jordi will center around tapas, share plates, and paellas paired with General Manager Damon Lobato's extensive wine list and paired beverage program. So, we are looking for a major talent in the culinary department. Is that you? Let us know

Job Description:
The Executive Chef is responsible for the management of San Jordi/ The Depot's food production, presentation, and cost control regarding food goods. Furthermore, you are responsible for the appropriate staffing, training, and scheduling necessary staff to achieve the costing and profit goals directly related to culinary operations. You have an ownership mentality, the respect of their teammates, and are able to balance all responsibilities.

Compensation:
This is a full time, W2 employment offering $75,000/year. Not eligible for overtime or tips. Eligible for bonus structure to be presented within 90 days.
