What you should know about the

Product Manager Role:

In this role you will work as part of the Professional Lending team on bringing new or materially modified products from conceptual approval to implementation, as well as other defined projects.

In this role, your p


rimary responsibilities will include:
Supports bringing a new product or modification through its life cycle. Collaborates on creating client contacts and pricing, client forms, internal policies and procedures, testing products, client and internal notifications.

Creates communications concerning time frames, progress and project plans to meet deadlines; coordinates with PD team to deliver products/services on a timely basis.

Assists the Professional Lending Team in the successful delivery of new product development within defined time-lines and objectives.
Support the Professional Lending Team with internal projects as needed.

To be successful, your background should match these q


ualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years of related experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a banking or financial services
Product management experience preferred
Independent worker with minimal supervision, excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Compensation:
Flagstar Bank, N.A. offers a base salary in this position with a range of $90,000.00-$120,000.00, dependent on qualifications and experience.
