Kipling House Interiors is looking for such a person to be their Project Coordinator in a newly created position. This position will work directly with the Project Manager and Design staff and have a can-do attitude.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and upbeat to join our fun, fast-paced work environment that has the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and challenges for the team. Our work culture encourages autonomy, hard work and dedication to the client experience. This is a

non-design project participation position and in-office (non-remote) requirement. If you have previous experience in the design industry that is a plus, but not required.

• Project Responsibilities
  • Must be highly flexible to take on miscellaneous tasks throughout the day
  • Prepare and proactively manage project specific spreadsheet to track all orders
  • Correspondence with clients to update them on project developments and/or delays
  • Assist with processing purchase orders as needed
  • Assist with managing the project task list
  • Assist designers with picking up samples and finishes from local showrooms
• Presentation
  • Prepare printed presentation materials
  • Assist designers with preparing for client presentations
  • Prepare printed presentation materials
  • Support team with pricing and entering pricing into design software
• Project Installations
  • Support team and assist with vendor scheduling for project installs
  • Attend project installs and oversee the handling of deficiencies with vendors
  • Send follow-up correspondence to clients regarding install deficiencies
