- Provide guidance and leadership to TRC clinicians and support staff assisting victims of crimes with trauma therapy and other immediate needs.
- Develop and execute evidence-based trauma treatment programs and protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in trauma recovery and crisis response.
- Oversee clinical project and site activities, including timelines, budgets, resources, and program coordination.
- Implement strategic initiatives and monitor process improvements for comprehensive services.
- Establish performance indicators aligned with program goals.
- Create and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols.
- Enhance and optimize programs as necessary, addressing any issues.
- Recruit, train, and assess clinical staff and interns.
- Supervise the Clinical Team, assign tasks, and identify training requirements for optimal performance.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure staff compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Participate in regular administrative and staff meetings.
- Assess and monitor client progress in trauma recovery services.
- Work with clinical staff to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure clients receive high-quality and culturally sensitive care.
- Provide therapy when necessary.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with community organizations and agencies to support trauma recovery.
- Conduct presentations and workshops for stakeholders and community partners.
- Registered Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and clinical supervisory experience in an outpatient clinic.
- Extensive clinical background with youth, families, and substance users.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including marginalized communities such as youth of color, homeless individuals, and LGBTQ groups.
- Previous involvement in case management, outreach, and home visits.
- Team player with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Computer literacy required.
- Willingness to travel.
