    Job responsibilities:
    Maintain clear communication during handoffs to support continuity of care.

    Coordinate care activities with the interdisciplinary behavioral health team.

    Administer medications as ordered and monitor for therapeutic response and adverse effects.

    Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
