    Children's Mercy (CM) Kansas City in partnership with Mercy Health Springfield is seeking a BC/BE General Pediatrician or BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist to serve our inpatient pediatric population at our multispecialty practice in Springfield, Missouri .The candidate will participate in clinical, educational and quality improvement initiatives within the Division.

    Mastery of skills such as professionalism, team-based care, medical complexity care, and effective communication are mandatory.
    The Division is made up of greater than 40 physicians and 6 hospital medicine fellows.

    Physicians in the Division hold a wide variety of leadership roles throughout the institution, including in the areas of Graduate Medical Education, Medical Administration, Medical Informatics, Performance Improvement, and the Center for Wellbeing.

    Our division supports the individual professional desires of each partner while supporting the wellbeing of each of our team members.

    Children's Mercy Kansas City is an independent, non-profit, 390-bed pediatric health system, providing over half a million patient encounters each year for children from across the country.
