    ProPivotal
    is a 28-year-old business that provides temporary staffing, direct-hire
    staffing, managed staffing, and recruitment process outsourcing staffing
    services to mid-size organizations in the Boston area. Our relationships are
    deep and lengthy and many times we provide customized service offerings to
    clients. Our revenue is made up of approximately 60% healthcare staffing and
    40% professional and office staffing. Since 2000, ProPivotal has always
    operated as a self-funded, debt-free company. All our owners are active in the
    business. By not having external investors or board members to satisfy, we are
    able to make long-term decisions that are right for the business.

    The
    Director of Sales Opportunity:

    This
    is a new role reporting to the Senior Vice President. The role will have
    significant exposure to the CEO. The Director of Sales will be a part of our
    leadership team. This is a role focused on selling to new clients. While there
    will be meaningful interactions with our service team, this position will
    transition stable client relationships to an account management team.

    Opportunity:

    We are
    excited to hire a sales leader to bring our current services to additional
    clients, focusing on areas of strength, namely high-volume staffing in the
    areas of non-regulated healthcare nursing, contact center, early career,
    administrative, and direct care. Historically, ProPivotal has grown largely
    through smaller transactional sales or through word of mouth, we see a great
    opportunity to now sell to the market. We are looking to target medium-sized
    clients. Our focus is to acquire clients based in Massachusetts within a
    30-minute car ride of the ProPivotal office. We are an in-person organization
    that wants to have an in-person relationship with clients without getting on a
    plane.

    Successful
    Candidate - Required Background:

    • Current business-to-business sales experience in the Greater Boston
      market. Note the experience does not need to be selling staffing service; it
      does need to be selling to the same buyers of staffing services.
    • We want someone with a proven record of sales results that can be
      validated. We sell services (vs. a product) and we want someone with a record
      of effective collaboration with service teams.
    • Past proven record of being a key contributing member of a leadership
      team. And a record of displaying our company values (diligent teamwork,
      prohonesty, developing people, work for client/candidate attitude). We want
      someone who gets along with a variety of people/personalities and someone who
      can positively impact the work environment of peers, direct reports,
      leadership, and all employees. In plain English, someone who is free of drama
      and a pleasure to work with in good times and bad.
    • Someone who wants to work in person in our Boston office. This
      approach (100% in-office) is an important facilitator of communication amongst
      our management team as well as a facilitator of staff development. We typically
      employ staff who have an easy commute to our Boston Office.
    • We are looking for someone with signification tenure at a quality
      organization.
