We are looking to speak with experienced M&A associates to join our client's growing Energy Transactions practice in Houston.

You will join a market-leading M&A and Projects team who are recognized go-to counsel for complex commercial transactions in the energy and power sectors both domestically and internationally.

This team's accomplished experience includes the financing, organization management, purchase and sale of energy projects, ventures and resources. Our client truly understands the energy business, the regulatory environment and other challenges facing energy-related businesses.

Annual salary: $345,000 – $400,000.
