MEMBER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST I, Credit Union , is a first point of member contact for branch, online or Contact Center; offers member information, assistance and solutions addressing financial needs and challenges via email, phone or in person; and requires good communication skills but also patience to resolve member issues.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED :
A minimum of one-year of experience (financial services preferred) and High school diploma or equivalent. U.S citizenship and CBI is required to work at Lincoln Lexington Branch.
PREFERRED:
Cash handling, credit card transactions, balancing; one or more years; familiarity with products and services and ability to cross-sell.
