    Description

    Personal Fitness Trainer infinity personal training Allen , TX US Posted 5 hours ago infinity personal training Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness while holding them accountable for reaching their goals.     Responsibilities

    Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk

    Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities

    Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out

    Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations

    Revise fitness plans based on clients progress toward set goals

    Qualifications

    1 to 2 Years of programming design and training experience

    Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience

    Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers

    Outstanding time management and organizational skills

    College degree, preferably, in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Exercise science preferred

    Prior experience with group fitness is a plus

    Nationally recognized personal training certification preferred (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA)

    CPR/AED Certification

    Ability to motivate and coach 35+ sessions per week
