Looking For:
Are you a current junior or senior undergraduate with a keen interest in analyzing and financing real estate acquisition and development deals? Scott Communities is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Analyst internship for an individual who wants to dive into the world of real estate finance.
*Key Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior undergraduate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
Experience building real estate pro formas
Accounting experience, preferably in the homebuilding, land development, or construction industry
Excellent research and data analysis abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
Familiarity with land development processes, zoning regulations, and entitlement procedures is a plus
Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines and milestones
Support coordination and communication with various stakeholders
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for the executive team
